Great except for wifi

Everything was excellent - except for the wifi in the room. It was extremely slow and kept dropping out.

Rooms were adequate. Breakfast and meals were excellent, enjoyed every meal and staff were very obliging. Fabulous chef.!

Good location but an average hotel

Welcome to hotel was poor. Member disinterested or too busy. No recognition of Accor membership, no upgrade available (hotel apparently fully booked mid week) no mention of any facilities, member drinks or breakfast. Guy was cold / unfriendly Room was large and open, however tired / outdated. Carpet has lumps and was a safety hazard. Gym needs updated equipment and was dirty. Only a couple of wipes left to wipe down machines. No spa found in the pool area. Breakfast service and room service was good. Check out (different guy) was far more welcoming. Overall I’m disappointed this is a Accor hotel as not at a good stabdard.

Too many little things wrong

Door lock faulty, WiFi troublesome to connect, internal phone to reception faulty, one lift out of service two days, morning rush with housekeeping using one lift, the remaining lift for guess to scramble. Long queue at breakfast caused by host checking if breakfast was included in guest package
