Hotel is is great location. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Food and Beverage operations need improvement. Poor Room service selection, especially late night menu. Selection and execution well below par. Buffet breakfast was not great. Items were not replaced regularly, leaving many selections empty or old looking. Coffee ordered was never delivered. F&B service needs a overall ASAP.

Usually my stays are good but this time wasn’t the best. -my towel had some red mark on it. The front desk quickly replaced it which I appreciate. -breakfast was not open at 6:30am. -a very loud chain dropping noise continued throughout the night. Is that the elevator? -nowhere to place my bag except the floor in room 0208. -I turned the a/c off at 10pm and woke up to it back on at full blast at 5:30am resulting in a sore throat.

Was very happy with my experience overall. Loved that the reception staff would greet me by name as I walked past - that was very nice :) Breakfast was good, though not the best buffet I've had (Swissotel in Sydney is quite good!) and chocolate hour is a nice addition to the stay :) Location was also great, would definitely stay once again in the future.
