We stayed at the Hotel Nemzeti Budapest-MGallery on August 8, 9, 10 and 11 of 2024. All of the staff was wonderful to us, including the dining room staff, the housekeeping staff, and the staff who worked at the reception desk. Daniel, who worked at the front desk, in particular was very helpful and patient with our many questions. The breakfast buffet was very good. We liked the hotel's location - access to all of the different types of public transportation was almost across the street. The hotel's physical plant is very attractive and clean. We had a great time in Budapest, and this hotel certainly was another positive experience there.

We stayed in the equivalent hotel in Prague a few years ago and were very happy, so chose the Budapest one for 1 night before starting a river cruise. Happy again. A beautiful heritage hotel with lovely preserved details. Nicely appointed room. Sweet helpful staff. Great location. Good breakfast. And an excellent value 3-course dinner. Everything was exactly what we needed.
