Worst Novotel I have ever stayed in

No help with luggage no milk tea or coffee in room air con not working Room we booked was superior staff would not acknowledge even though a printed copy of reservation was given to them with superior room on it There was no attempt to rectify anything There was no amenities kit in bathroom apart from a shaver nothing for women at all

Great staff but hotel tired

The rooms are adequate but not maintained to a modern standard, there was staining on the walls, mould in the shower and on the tiles. The carpet was not very clean and needed a good vaccuum. The worst part is the airconditioning did not work, far too hot. The bed was a bit hard but that's personal taste, and the pillows were uncomfortable and not very soft. I also was not impressed with having to pay for water from the minibar when other Novotels do not charge for this. Food was OK but very expensive. The staff were really the best part of the experience - they were really friendly and helpful.

rooms are tired and breakfast is nothing special, show cooking was not a show cooking everything was prepared and most of the things cold, the guy in the show cooking was a bit unfriendly, it seems he doesnt like what he is doing..
