Bonne prise en compte des mon arrivée par la receptionniste cordiale professionnelle qui au vu de mon statut m’a surclassé de chambre mais pas de bénéfice d’où une petite déception J espérais pouvoir bénéficier du salon. Très bien traité pendant toute la durée du séjour

C'est ma 3ème fois dans cet hôtel. Encore une fois tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. L'hôtel est très bien situé, avec de nombreux moyens de transports à proximité. Et des restaurants tout aussi sympas. Les chambres sont impeccables, et nettoyés tous les jours. Le lit est d'une très grande qualité. La douche est spacieuse et propre. Une très grande TV sur laquelle ont peut utiliser Netflix, Prime Vidéo, etc... Un Très bon petit déjeuner. La nourriture est très varié, et de qualité. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. L'ensemble du personnel est toujours très souriant, sympathique et agréable. Et surtout, à votre disposition pour vous satisfaire autant que possible. En particulier les personnes à la réception qui ont été adorables. Un très grand merci à la réceptionniste qui m'a permis de faire mon check-in en avance après un long voyage. J'espère que mes remerciement leurs seront transmis. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Je recommande les yeux fermées.

usually i am satisfied with hotel. this time the smell on the 10th floor and in the room was very bad . ( like product used smell an urine) . smell was very strong in corridors and also can smell in the room and bed.
