At the same time, we sincerely apologize that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We are especially sorry to learn of your concerns regarding the condition of the bathroom, including the shower curtain, as well as the outdated impression of the room. Furthermore, we deeply regret that you encountered crawling insects near the entrance to your room. Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the discomfort and inconvenience this caused.
