I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Blois with my two teenage children (16 and 15). The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center, which made exploring the town very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety for all of us. We also loved spending time in the heated pool, sauna, and hammam. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for families!

Rooms were extremely warm. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Couch was disgusting filled with white stains.

Monsieur S., Je vous remercie d'avoir partagé vos préoccupations concernant votre récent séjour dans notre établissement blésois. Je regrette que la température dans votre chambre et le confort du lit n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes. Notre établissement est labélisé " Clé Verte", 1er label de tourisme durable pour les hébergements touristiques, nous sommes donc très attentifs aux démarches de développement durable que nous mettons en place. La règlement est de conserver une température de 19°C dans chaque chambre. Notre literie a été complétement renouvelée en 2020 afin d'apporter davantage de confort, je suis sincèrement navrée si celle-ci ne vous a pas convenu. Great location, easy parking, very friendly room staff. Receptionists could be more welcoming. Rooms are a little run down.

This is a lovely hotel situated in a great location. The rooms are well insulated and bed comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was superb! We enjoyed the pool and hammam, but the hot tub temperature was lukewarm. Staff were helpful and friendly. We would be happy to stay here again.
