This hotel has some good and some pretty lame things - we only stayed for one night, so it was passable, but if we had been longer, it would have been quite a disappointment. Lobby and Check in 1) they were able to let us check in early and the staff at the front desk were kind and efficient - I really, really appreciated them 2) the lobby and breakfast /bar area are really nice - they have a lot of space, things to look at and is styled really well - I thought this was a great start! Elevators were fine, but got to the room and while we expecting small (we have stayed a lot of places in Europe) this was very, very cramped. You could not open the door completely and we had to struggle to get our luggage in. The room is spartan and quite bare. The colours are jarring red and black and doesnt match the neat decor of the downstairs. Bed and Bath: The bed is long - my tall husband very much appreciated that. The safe is easy to use and access There are only 4 hangers Air Conditioning - This really ticked me off. It was a very hot day and they have it locked so that it cannot be turned down. That is ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous.It does NOT NEED TO BE SET AT 24! The unit itself was by the window and barely had any fan ability, so it blew the tiny amount of A/C at the curtains. It was stuffy and awful all night. They only gave us 3 pillows. Why in the world would you do that with 2 guests that requested 2 beds? Also, they had small mattress toppers on the bed..which slid all over the place..it was just odd. Bathroom - if you are a tall person, its going to suck to sit on the toilet, your knees will barely fit. Shower was ok, appreciate that there is large containers of body wash and haircare. Didnt appreciate that the towels were TINY and again, only 3 of them? 2 paper cups in the room, thats it. 1 wastebasket located in the bathroom...which is weird. No recycling. Very little space to move around. Lights were good, the bed was pretty hard - even with the mattress pads. On the plus side, it is VERY quiet. no complaints about the trains etc. You dont hear them at all. Breakfast was fine. There were a few warm and cold choices to have - we had it included, so dont know what it would cost normally. Location was fine, could walk everywhere and if your taking the train, it doesnt get better than this. So, for $450 Canadian Dollars, I dont think this hotel was worth it at all. It was fine for 1 night, but we were both glad that we didnt have to stay any longer We travel a lot and we have been in some very different locations, but this was probably one of the most disappointing hotels I have ever stayed at.,

Imen and Prashant were of a very good help. Very very helpful polite and always with a smiling face. Housekeeping team was okay okay, as no vacuuming and cleaning, as the the pieces of paper or tags on floor was never picked up only.

You should have a door notice asking for clean towels.

Great loction but a little small

Overall it was a pretty good experience. Staff are very friendly. Set out and location of the hotel was great. We understand that in Europe rooms are small but this was a little too small and also didn't have a basic feature of a small fridge in the room. That is a must is this day and age. Also Internet was very slow. We were told because of the storm but on the 9th floor it was very slow throughout our stay.
