We've stayed here several times in the past as the location is excellent, but the hotel has since been renovated. The beds are comfortable and clean, though small. There is very little in the rooms, so the ironing board is in the hallway. There's no hot water or coffee in the rooms and you have to bring your disposable cup from the room and then pay for tea and coffee in the lobby if you don't want to pay for the full breakfast. There are no cups in the lobby if you want to buy coffee or tea. The elevator stops at a floor when someone requests it, regardless of if the elevator is going in the direction the person wants to go. So that makes it take much longer to use the elevator because of frequent unnecessary stops.

Tiny room, basic amenities. No drinking water. They have 1 restaurant.the staff was friendly but slow to check in and check out The room did not have any view It's a budget hotel, was clean . Its walking distance from Amsterdam central which means easy access to metro, train and bus

Extremely slow check in (though already checked in online!), awfully loud room due to attached family room door so thin that I heard all the loud music, talk, drug taking at neighbour room until after 2 in the night- I had to get up at 4 in thw night; this really was awful

Loved the location being next to Central Station, appreciated the vibrant vibes in the lobby, liked the simplicity and sensible design of the room and bathroom. A few minor points to improve: add more hooks in room (for jackets) and bathroom (for towels), remove carpet and just use wooden/tile flooring for easier clean. Other than that, we are very happy with the hotel. Service was also great, given late checkout (which we didn't end up using), opened a room 210 for luggage check, swift front desk service and housekeeping.
