This hotel really does take service to the next level. The staff was just exceptional. The location is very convenient and it’s a short walk to the Old Quarter with lots to eat, see and do. The rooms we clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It’s hard to imagine a more pleasant experience.

Stayed at the Metropole for many one night staycations before and this was again a great stay. Got a generous status upgrade and the lounge during the afternoon and evening were amazing as always. Highlight is the lounge breakfast, which includes buffet options and very nicely made a la carte options as well. Nothing bad to say about staying here, as always. Service is impeccable, rooms are great and comfortable, and food options and drinks are awesome as well. Already looking forward to my next stay. Will be back.

I have stayed in Metropole during the past 3-4 years. The services got significantly worse during the past few months. A few bad experiences I had: 1. Staffs mistook me with another guest even I stayed at the hotel for many years. 2. Staffs returned my laundry wrongly. Put my under wears with under wears of another female guest together in 1 box without cover. I had to rewash my clothes when I got home later. 3. I had to call hotel receptionist to get the invoices after I left the hotel. Before, I would get it after 30 minutes after I checked out. etc.... Please try to bring back your good services or I will need to consider another hotel.

Extremely good service. Staff are amazing. Even repaired my iphone charger cord that had part of the covering of the cord frayed, without me asking. Now, that is amazing!
