Don't understand the upgrade policy of Accor. You really need to ask for an upgrade and that is annoying. It seems on the "check in paper version" I am a standard member and in the computer a gold member. I am staying every month in this hotel.

The check in was effortless and the staff very helpful, the hotel is in good overall coditions and the rooms are lovely with very comfortable beds and good facilities. this Novotel has one of the best breakfast selections that I have experieinced in the lst 6-years travelling through and around France. Sadly there were a couple of disappointments. the main restaurant was not open and bar restaurnat had a very poor selection of options for dinner, the Novotel sign for the car park is not prominant enough and caused me to drive around for a while in the heavy traffic. I was also not made aware of the construction going on directly in front of the hotel whcih ws not good.

It’s convenient as it’s close to Liberte station as well as near a shopping centre car park. A mid point to go to the west side of Paris eg Disneyland as well as to the Paris centre.

Second stay in this hotel lived to expectations. Hotel is very good located, 2 minutes walk from metro station. Very nice neighborhood, many bars and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Staff friendly.
