i was not allowed to check in early, I was told to come back at 2 pm. Despite the fact of being Platinum and i also sent and email to warn the hotel. The room ( under the bed ) was not clean, lost of dust

Perfect location and room was very clean. However the room and the bathroom are quiet small and the view from the window isn't the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful

I had to cancel my booked hotel for false advertising and I really needed what they had said they offered. With in 30min I found Ibis at a great price, rooms were comfortable for me and spacious enough. I was able to rest and get ready for a wedding i had flown from United States for. Staff was very professional, friendly. Overall excellent

Front desk staff was very helpful in organizing car parking and offered room upgrade when originally booked room appeared to be too small for me, which caused significant inconvenience. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are very basic, somewhat outdated, bathroom is THE smallest I have ever seen in a hotel, yet functional. Safety is good. Well located, Nord Zee restaurant close by, close to pedestrian zone.

Room was great. Great staff, cheerful and even gave me hot water kettle (not aware that this is not included in my package, little surprised on this). Definitely coming back !!

I had some bedbugs bites all love my shoulders. I was in the er at Bruxelles. I even spoke to Sylvain who was in charged. I was extremely disappointed. I didn't get a refund. No one reached out. I will have my lawyer reached out to you. Sylvain made a copy of the paperwork. I had to purchased some medication. It was the worse experience in my life.

Dear Mrs. K. Corinne, I hope that you are well after your allergic reaction. After your report to the night-receptionist, we blocked room 523 immediately and called a specialized company which treats vermin to inspect the room. The result of the report which I enclosed states: “Bed bugs inspection room 523: no bed bugs observed, post treatment technique performed”. This means that the room, bed, linens, carpet was inspected and no bugs or remains were found and that it was free of contamination. Know that those bugs do not only appear in hotels but can also be present on public transport, taxis, planes, carpets,… I hope you won’t experience this anymore in the future and hope you are well recovered. AC doesn’t work

The AC would not work, I went down to the receptionist right after checking in to have him check it out. He came to look at it, I mentioned how it had a service “wrench” symbol flashing on it which clearly means it needs maintenance. However, he just said this is how it’s supposed to operate and just told me to deal with it. He did confirm he has other rooms available, so it wasn’t that he could not move me to another room. For some reason, he was persistent that this is now the AC is supposed to flash and that everything is ok.. making me having to spend the night in a room that I was sweating all night in. Not good customer service at all, would like someone to get in contact with me.

Think about a stay after 10 hours flight from US for layover only one night stay in Brussels due to we are tired and house keeping knock your door 3 times in the morning and say I need to clean room. What kind of cleaning after 1 nght stay ? It is 'disaster' .. After that situation informin FO about issue and their pain english only enoughh to offer comp drin in lobby .. That situation is unacceptable

The surrounding area is full of eatery outlets and close to main square attractions. I am an Accor Club Gold member and was told that i got an upgraded room when I enquired. The room was facing St Catherine Church although I requested for a front or city view. The room was adequate in size but the toilet/bath room was narrow and small even for an Asian. Overall was an okay experience.....just quite curious with the police presence at the front of the Hotel throughout duration of my stay, I wonder why?! The breakfast area seems to be lack of table & chairs for guests to have their meals, something the Hotel should do something about.

Missing basic facility like a bottle of water and tea/coffee maker. I have seen these two facilities even any budget hotels. Expect Accor group to provide these basic facilities. Also restaurant need some more ala carte menues
