We are delighted that you found our hotel to be well-situated and cost-effective for your visit. Our central location in the heart of Brussels, close to the fish market and shopping area, is indeed one of the aspects our guests appreciate the most. The ease of the process you experienced is a testament to our commitment to providing a seamless stay from start to finish. However, we understand that the temperature of the hot food at breakfast did not meet your expectations. While our buffet aims to offer a wide variety of quality options, it seems we have fallen short in this aspect. For this, we offer our sincerest apologies. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will look into this matter to ensure our food is served at the ideal temperature. Finally, we're glad you took note of our sustainability efforts, such as the use of cardboard cups in the rooms. We continuously strive to balance guest comfort with environmental consciousness. We understand that comfort is key and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our rooms are designed to be compact and efficient, featuring our signature Ibis Sweet Bed and individual air conditioning controls which can be adjusted up to 3 degrees for personal comfort. Although heating and air conditioning functions are seasonally adjusted for efficiency, we regret if this was not sufficient for your needs during your stay. We are also sorry to hear that you felt our staff's service did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all our guests, and we apologize if we fell short in this instance. We are delighted that you found our staff friendly and service oriented, as our team always strives to provide a welcoming and attentive service to our guests. However, we are sorry to hear that the temperature in your room was not to your satisfaction. We understand how important a comfortably warm room is, especially during the cooler months. Please note that guests can individually adjust the temperature in the rooms, although there is a maximum increase of 3 degrees to ensure energy efficiency and comfort for all our visitors. Nonetheless, we regret any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Moreover, we take note of your comments regarding the room interiors. While our rooms were renovated in 2015 and are kept up to date regularly, we value your input as we continuously seek to improve our guest experience. Dear Zz, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are pleased that the comfort of the beds and the convenience of the desk in your room met your expectations. It's always rewarding to hear when our guests enjoy aspects of their stay with us, as we strive to provide a comfortable and functional space for work and relaxation. However, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the size and setup of the shower. We understand that every detail matters when it comes to your comfort. We also regret to hear about the noise disruptions from both the daytime construction and the incident with music being played late at night. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful environment and our rooms are designed with soundproofing, external factors such as nearby construction or the actions of other guests can sometimes be a source of disturbance. Furthermore, we have taken note of your feedback regarding the stairwell and will consider this in our maintenance plans. We also acknowledge your concern about the lack of a water fountain and appreciate your suggestion as we continuously look for ways to enhance our sustainability efforts. Finally, we are delighted that you felt well-recognized as a valued ALL member during your stay, despite not being able to enjoy your welcome drink due to participating in dry January.
