Called to book a night here, looks lovely in the pictures and being 4 stars it would be promising but firstly I called up to book the night, they gave me cheaper prices than third party companies which I was suprised by but I realised ones I got there we had the terrible small rooms whereas with the third party companies we could have been given the bigger rooms for extra £15. They should have told us the rooms are smaller for the price! We got there and then was told it's £15 overnight parking to park our car in their car park. I mean excuse me? I just paid to stay here for the night and now need to pay £15 to park my car here too? We decided to go to the indoor swimming pool which when we checked in, the staff clearly saw our paddling floaties etc for kids so they could have easily mentioned to us beforehand that the swimming must be booked in advance but no, staff waited until we got ready in our swim wear and going down the stairs when they chased us to tell us to book! The same guy who checked us in was the same guy who chased us down the stairs. Unbelievable. I have never so far stayed in a hotel room where I woke up 2am and wished I was sleeping in my own house/bed. Ridiculous. Hotel is more like a 3 star at best with outdated rooms. Big let down.

We stayed here for three nights after our wedding in Sheffield on the 30th August. The room was clean and comfortable with the housekeeping staff always on hand to replenish anything needed. The pool was very warm and enjoyable as it is booked in slots to keep down numbers. The staff were great however massive shout out to Milo who made our wedding stay even more special! Amazing member of staff, very welcoming and chatty :)

Hello- service from all of the staff, particularly milo and the bar staff was exceptional (with an exception of one of the main ladies on reception who came across a little cold on occasion- although professional). The pool was great but changing rooms far too cramped and the shower leaked. The shower by the pool was boiling hot and could not be adjusted. Rooms were a bit shabby when compared to say Hilton hotels.

The hotel was in good location. It was clean and breakfast good. We were there 8 nights, disappointed no discount on parking. Room was small, shower over bath perishes and flooded bathroom, toilet not fixed to floor. Asked for upgrade of room on a daily basis but was never given a price or option to do this. I said I would pay but every member of staff promised to call and never did. DISAPPOINTED
