Lovely warm swimming pool and thank you for connecting rooms. The pillows in rm 322 need replacing as lumpy and hard. Also the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking and it was abit embarrassing.

Easy to find hotel, just a 5 minute walk from the train station. Friendly reception, very welcoming. Nice spacious room with great amenities. Very clean!!

Great location for centre of Sheffield, parking available. Only mark downs were cool room with no means of changing personal preference (thermostat!) and the shower tray was cracked and broken (this should have been replaced, rather than the poor attempt to try and glue it!)
