Stayed here after my brothers graduation with my dog. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was lovely how thoughtful they were providing a dog bed and a bowl in the room and also the selection of treats and other essentials for dogs in the lobby. The bed was comfy, the room and bathroom were clean. We had a great stay. Thank you

Really disappointed with the unkindness of the kitchen staff . I have asked a week in advance at the phone for an earlier breakfast ( earlier than 7 as that is the time they serve it at the week end ) just for 1 person and I was told to remind them on the day of arrival , ably to be told by the kitchen staff that it was absolutely not possible . So they are charging me for a breakfast that no one will eat as my son needs to be at the pool by 7:30 and he needs to eat at least at 6;45 . I didn’t ask for a full English , I have asked for a bowl of porridge and they still said no . Pretty poor for a 4 stars hotel . The rest was ok . Nice clean room , big TV .

We arrived at the hotel at around 21:20 on the 16th of July and had not booked. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to help us. Will definitely come and stay again - what great service. Please can the receptionist be recognised for this as she sure deserves it.

The poorest hotel experience No air conditioning as stated We had a fan instead— not the same. The bathroom was gross. Don’t recommend There was a tiny fridge that was minimal cool. Close to train station and a few grocery stores which is saving grace
