I have stayed in Mercure -The Hague many times since 2003 and always come back because the hotel is well located; has excellent bathroom facilities; good mattrass; Coffee an tea and normal heating (radiators) and not airco heating which many hotels deliver; breakfast is good too (continental) All in all, comfortable room in class hotel with friendly staff. This time I had a 'privilege' room with every day free soft drinks.

From the start to the finish the staff were warm, genuine, welcoming and so helpful. From reception, breakfast and room cleaning. They are a credit to your hotel. The hotel was a delight it was so clean and the decor was great.

My wife and I stayed 6 nights in Mercure Central Den Haag January 28 - February 2. We remember several conversations with staff in the breakfast & supper dining rooms; some with housekeeping; and many with the 'front desk' team, who also provided a 'concierge' service. The staff is professional, friendly, and well organized.

The room is clean, the place is easy to get. I just walked to everywhere around the hotel and very satisfy. The breakfast is great with many kind of breakfast.
