No Internet connection

We were very surprised and unsatisfied that there was no Internet starting from check-in (6pm) until next day (check-out 11am). My husband needed to check his emails for work and I was unreachable for our son who is stying abroad. For such a big hotel chain, it was unacceptable.

The room cleaning was a disaster. - Room was dirty on Check-in - Room was not cleaned during our stay - despite the sign on the door saying to not disturb, the lady nock the door asking to clean the room. And The Bar man - I really felt sorry for disturbing him to get beer. - and the beer was delivered in the worst possible was. - and never present there. On reception, Meeten was the only welcoming person on reception. He was smiling and trying to assist. The others that I have met have not learned that the smile is the least they should have in a reception. Their attitude was unacceptable.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel and would never return. The bed was of very low quality, with a terrible mattress that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, I was given a blanket meant for one person, even though I booked a double bed. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. There was a cockroach in the room, and the cleaning was clearly not done properly. Throughout my stay, I noticed stains and marks in the bathroom and on the desk, which were never cleaned. One day, they even left a cleaning sponge in the room, showing how little attention was paid to cleanliness. Additionally, they never changed the tea cups during my entire stay. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
