Friendly and helpful staff, great location for exploring the city, good tram & train connection, not too expensive. Room could be a touch cleaner (watercooker, bathroom walls); some small maintenance is due (loose bedside light, one light switch not working). Worth its money, will come back if in The Hague.

I recently stayed at the Mercury Hotel in Den Haag and had a delightful experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist with any requests. My room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The amenities, including the fitness center and restaurant, were excellent. Overall, it was a great stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.
