Sofitel become my go-to hotel whenever I come to Luxembourg. The service is awesome, the quality of the beds are great, and the overall experience is nice. The checkout process is smooth and everything went as I like. The only thing that need a bit of improvement in my opinion is the breakfast. The offer can be improved and the hotel with that standard should have more proposition.

We stayed in your hotel before and were very pleased. This time, we were disappointed because on the evening of our arrival we noticed that the airco in the room of our guest did not work. We contacted reception and the solution was to put a ventilator for the night with the promise to take care of the airco the following day. Nevertheless, when we arrived the next evening, nothing had happened and we had to contact reception again and ask for another room. In view of the alleged quality of the hotel, we did think this was below the standards. Best regards Martine I.
