The room and the hotel were very nice and clean. Very nice ambience and good reception. Beds were very comfortable. My husband normally has back pain in most hotels but not here. The room was very spacious. Only remark is about the temperature in the room. It was 24,5 degrees in the room and no way to cool it down, other than opening te windows. In combination with the synthetic duvet it was so hot we did not sleep very much the first night. The second night was ok, we shut down the ventilator (which we could put on 18 all we wanted but did nothing but blow hot air) and opened the windows the whole day.

Was a good one Only things i can say - expensive bar and slow check in process - but room and Bf excellent

Room was fine - plenty of space, comfortable bed, complimentary water and other bits so all good on that front, although none o fthe light switch buttons are labelled (and there are a lot of them) so it's all a bit 'guess and press' but it's not too hard to figure out. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and check-in and check-out were fine. Breakfast service however I thought was very poor. No greeter - just barked at for my room number by someone clearing tables and told to sit anywhere, so it's a case of hunting down a table that's clear. I sat down and waited for someone to explain how it worked - I had no idea if cooked eggs or other items were in my 'included' breakfast or not, but nobody asked if I wanted anything so I guess not. Also waited for someone to ask what hot drink I wanted but got fed up of waiting for that so went to get some food. Eventually after about 15 mins I managed to grab a server bringing a drink to the table next to me to order a pot of tea but I had been ignored until that point. No one ever asked if any refills were needed. The buffet selection was just about OK, but for 37 Euros for the basic selection and associated bad service I thought this was exceptionally poor value for money. I did complain to reception on check-out, and may have got some extra points but I don't know how many.
