We stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of our trip in Italy. We had a small issue at the beginning of our stay forcing us to change rooms, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make things right and to check in with us for the rest of our stay. Both the front desk staff and the bar staff were extremely helpful in ensuring we had a great stay in Venice. The rooms were a bit small but they were very clean and the bathrooms were great. Getting the air conditioning turned on was a bit confusing, but the staff actually came to the room and showed us how when we asked. Lastly, we chose the hotel for its close proximity to Piazzale Roma as we had a 6am flight - the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the bus to the airport (first bus is at 4:20am), which worked out extremely well for us.

Our room may have been a little small but it had all the upgrades one could ask for, the lighting, the electric plugs, the shower and it was beautifully decorated, even a fresh orchid in the bathroom. I loved the bed with the plushy pillows and blankets. The AC worked great and the TV was easy to use. We ate dinner at their restaurant twice and service and food was superb. We also had breakfast in the gorgeous dining area and the waiters were very attentive every morning. We love the variety of foods and fresh juices. We'd definitely come back.

from the first moment, when we arrived, Beatrice was all smiled and welcome. She excluded, rich hospitality those are tradition. She is your best ambassador patient, warm, passionate about the city, and super welcoming. From there on the rest of the hotel was great, including the chamber maids to the restaurant

We were thoroughly spoilt and well looked after. Room with a canal view, excellent clean room . Very helpful and pleasant staff all round! Highly recommend staying here would do so again tomorrow!
