We have stayed in many hotels, we complimentary vote Mr. Anyone the most energetic and frequently sighted GM in our experience. We see the GM constantly all over the Hotel busy at work connecting and working with guests and staff. An effective measure I suppose to maintain this high standard of services provided by this Hotel. All the staff we encountered during our stay were well enthused to serve. We are delighted to highlight two staff, Eleanor at Restaurant and Gabriela at Housekeeping, for well catering to our needs during our stay making us feel warmth and welcomed.

Dear Sir/Madam My stay at the Hotel was really good, I enjoyed it a lot Room Service: The room was always serviced and new water bottles are replaced everyday 🙂. No one touched my Laptop or other devices in room 🙂 Breakfast This is best experience everyday You have change of the fruit Juices, pastries, joghurt and also Stuffed pizza everyday Orange and other fruit juices are really fresh and good Coffee was also good You also have Bio Options thats really great 🙂 I love the croissants, Ruheri, crispy bacon and fresh fruits (passion fruit, papaya) Lunch and Dinner Reservation was smooth Welcome Drinks are offered to my choice regardless of price. I am very happy for that Food Selections options were also great Ambience and Location: No complaints Things need to be addressed minor Room Service: When I do not disturb them they still ring the bell everyday at 17:30. To deliver snacks, if they can place early while cleaning the room, this would be okay. This can be fixed 🙂, staff are still very friendly. Breakfast:I am a bit picky No one offered the Hot breakfast menu (You have the option to order Poached eggs, omelet, sunnyside eggs). We discovered that after 3 days of stay you can place an order. If you can have a printed menu this would be helpful (One page) Lunch and Dinner: I am a bit picky. No pizza is available, I know it's fine dining. I miss pizza as an option here I enjoyed my stay, thank you for your service Best Regards Sarath

It was truly a privilege to experience your beautiful hotel during the People & Culture Conference. From the very first moment of arrival, I felt warmly welcomed by your team. The timeless elegance of the house, the exceptional attention to detail and the genuine sense of hospitality created an atmosphere that made my stay in Rome truly memorable. What impressed me most was the dedication and passion of your team. Every interaction reflected professionalism, kindness and the authentic spirit of Accor’s Heartist culture. It is clearly visible that hospitality here is not simply a service, but a true passion lived by everyone in the house. I would like to extend a special thank you to the Deputy General Manager, Annalisa, who took wonderful care of me throughout my stay with great professionalism and genuine kindness.
