Great location

A great location and a top-class hotel with great bedrooms and fantastic service. Situated below the Cathedral and a short work from the Central station, it's a short hop from the airport. The hotel is ideal for the local attractions and shopping areas. We had breakfast in the hotel once but weren't happy with the cost nor the quality. However, the hotel was of high quality with well equipped rooms which were comfortable and quiet. The seating and reception area is lovely and, after arriving late at night, we loved the little shop in reception selling snacks and drinks. Staff were wonderful. A lovely few days in a lovely city. I'd recommend arriving at night and then walking out of reception in the morning to see the amazing views of the Cathedral.

Great overall value for money, you can not beat the location and the service is as good as it gets in Cologne, Germany. A very accommodating group of people work to make your visit a good one. The rooms are small and could use a touch up. The restaurants are good.
