I have emailed and asked to discuss my concerns with the hotel and they have not contacted. I was sent an incorrect invoice for my stay. The lift was not working for almost my entire stay. A disappointing experience.

The location of this hotel is perfect. And the breakfast was delicious. However, we did have an issue with a leaking shower. They quickly fixed the issue by moving us to a new room but it was annoying to move all of our stuff after unpacking. Additionally, the elevator was broken for the majority of our stay, which was inconvenient.

Terrible experience Do Not Stay here! Rude staff! Incompetent No internet connection My husband tired to get some extra pillows! No chance rude staff and the. When we reported it they said he was not rude Do Not stay in this Hotel No elevators working We stated we were here for our 25th wedding anniversary and we received nothing and was are also Allcor members

A very enjoyable stay, the hotel is superbly located about a 100m from the Chateau of Versailles. The staff were all very friendly, happy and helpful and the hotel is well appointed, stylish and comfortable. The bar area is especially good with excellent staff. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I very much recommend the hotel.
