Nunca registraron que ha íbamos agregado una noche más por lo tanto el check in tardo más de lo habitual , por fin reconocieron que esa noche de más estaba pedida, pero el día anterior a irnos el hotel hizo el check out omitiendo la noche de más que habíamos agregado y habían reconocido en el momento del check in, esto nos hizo perder un montón de tiempo, explicándoles nuevamente todo y tratando de que lo reconocieron y también esperando a que nos hagan las habitaciones. Nos compensación con 3 ticket para 3 cafés.
