Although I only stayed one night at Mercure, I was always continue to come back because of the very good experience I have during my stay. Will keep on recommending Mercure to everyone! Keep up the good job!

Stayed 1 night after coming to The Netherlands on a red eye. Got not sleep on the flight. Slept for 15 hours at the hotel. Very comfortable

Upon arriving my daughter and boyfriend were basically asked to go away because of a credit card issue of Accor. Although booking was successful there was an issue with my credit card and even payment at the hotel failed. Thankfully owner of City hotel made sure they could check in, but reception desk of Mercure acted unacceptably.
