Stayed 1 night after coming to The Netherlands on a red eye. Got not sleep on the flight. Slept for 15 hours at the hotel. Very comfortable

It was too cold in the room and impossible to raise the temperature

Upon arriving my daughter and boyfriend were basically asked to go away because of a credit card issue of Accor. Although booking was successful there was an issue with my credit card and even payment at the hotel failed. Thankfully owner of City hotel made sure they could check in, but reception desk of Mercure acted unacceptably.

I like the location and the cleanliness. I dislike the staff's inability to correctly apply my membership number to my stays. I have had 4 separate reservations and only been able to see two of them in my membership account even though I have asked the staff more than 4 times to make sure my membership number is associated with my stays.

The hotel located in the center of the city, super comfortable, easy to go everywhere. I was not able to open curtains, as I had an "amazing" view on a parking. I am not sure whether rooms with such a view could be classified as Privilege.

On arrival we were welcomed with a glass of champagne as the hotel was celebrating 40 years since opening in the city. We were offered a free upgrade when the reception staff heard the reason for our trip was that we were were attending our sons wedding . The upgraded room was amazing . Cannot fault the rooms and all the staff are a credit to the hotel. Would definitely stay again for sure.

The helpdesk of Accor is almost not reachable. I needed support from the hotel manager. But she was inpolite and ruth. The closet in the room was in front of the window. Very strange. The lady at the breakfast talks way to much.

The hotel building is a bit quirky to navigate through, but the hotel staff was very professional and courteous. I especially liked how easy it was to use the parking garage. I will definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel has a center location in Tilburg. Everything is outstanding. Customer service is second to none. Breakfast could be expensive for some people but you have a lot of things, fresh orange juice too ! Coffee is very good. Rooms are big. You can use a complete spa service if you select a Privilege room and the gym or you can pay it if needed, Parking near by at a good price. so you won't be disappointed here !

The overall stay was one of worse stay at Mercure hotels, at the reseption I was not getting any upgrade for my 3 stays, the room giving was not as expected as the bed was not comfortable, the second day my room was not properly cleaned and they forgot to put toilet paper, towels, water and drinks at the fridge. The breakfast is average The only thing that is attractive is the location of the hotel and the spa

Since this month there is no minibar in the rooms anymore except in the privilege rooms only the included soft drinks, we have a shop where you can buy products. Modern, cleanliness, friendliness, location, breakfast, parking, bar, quality, mini bar, convenience, and fabulous spa area. Exceeded all my expectation. Indeed its a tad noisy from the bars nearby but did not bother us as much. Our room was facing the town square and had a nice view of the city. Everything is in walking distance!

All was excellent except for the noise outside during night. There are many bars in front of the hotel and noise from restaurant on ground floor when having a room on first floor, right above that restaurant..
