We chose a privileged room and were very lucky to have received an early check-in. As this stay was a surprise for my partner, I asked the FO staff a few questions and Katarina was as polite and helpful as can be! Jill welcomed us back upon our return and was very pleasant to talk to. The following morning, we headed for the breakfast (nearly at the end) and there was still a wide variety of choices, a good selection of bread, a proper fresh orange juice machine and waffle machine (highly recommend)! The coffee was delicious as well and the fruit was also fresh! The whole hotel is extremely well decorated and feels extremely cozy, specially with the winter weather outside. Also, there is an infrared sauna and a pool big enough you can actually swim for fun. The whole decoration of the spaces was really well thought, the rooms are modern with no signs of needing a renovation. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and there is also a heater in the bathroom, perfect for drying clothes if the weather outside is not favourable. Our experience was definitely 15/10, and the staff was incredible!

For a family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids in December 2025, it was a very pleasant stay. Room was very good, a big bed and a sofa bed. Nice WC. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was so kind and gentle. I definitely think of coming back.

Hotel is well located in the center of Tilburg. Everything is there within a 15 minute walk. The employees are friendly and eager to help. Didn't book breakfast because it was too expensive. The room was decent and everything you needed was there. Forgot to turn off the heat. I didn't notice there was a radiator below the window:-).
