I stayed here with my friends for a getaway weekend, initially we got given a room with poor AC and smelt like mould. We asked the desk if we could change to which they were AMAZING and very helpful and put us in a great room. However we used the pool facilities which has very poor cleanliness and hygiene standards. Many clumps of hair floating in the pool, bandaids, food on the floor, broken wood in the pool yard. Only 2 lounge chairs for the whole pool area. Would not recommend for swimming and we did not swim due to this. Staff accommodated to our room needs and were great just disappointing for first experience.

Overall experience was good except for the parking cost. During check-in time, I was told that it will be $35 for Accor member but when I checked out, the desk attendant told me that it will be $65. Which was annoying to know as she said $35 is for staying for more than 2 nights. A member rate is a member rate; there shouldn't be any condition and why it was not informed at the time of check-in.

We arrived early as we had an overnight flight and I had paid for an early check in however reception question this and initially weren’t overly helpful. Room and particularly the bathroom were dated and need an upgrade quality did t justify the price however the beds were very comfy. Maid didn’t supply clean cups and refresh coffee everyday and left dirty towels as well as clean. However the bar area and food were good was location also good. Don’t book this hotel as they have a pool - it’s tiny’!
