Dear Mr B., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience in Ibis Ca Granda. I am sorry you found maintenance issues, I will investigate the matter with the Manager of the maintenance. Please be informed that the AC is switch off as per climate condition; in march we have heating in Italy instead of AC. I am happy you shared the comment regarding the team being helpful.
