Well located hotel with superb parking space

Stayed in room 305 from 24th May - 31st May. Excellent wheelchair space, fantastic breakfast, great breakfast staff. We will return again.

Don’t expect lost and found if you’ve left something behind, no one ever called back after we left a message, we called a couple of time as we headed to Amsterdam for just 2 days after our stay, and were leaving the country soon, staff just didn’t bother and of course we couldn’t get it back at the end.

1. Issue of water clogging in wash basin 2. Drinking water was not available during checkin 3. Tissues and shower gel were missing 4. Sofa converted beds were not comfortable and sturdy 5. Only 1 Liter of drinking water provided for booking of four people

We are pleased to note your willingness to recommend our establishment to friends and family, which speaks volumes of the trust you place in our service, despite the issues you encountered. We regret to hear about the inconvenience experienced with the water clogging in the wash basin and the initial unavailability of drinking water upon check-in. The wash basin stopper seemed to have been pressed. Additionally, the oversight in providing ample tissues and shower gel is not reflective of our meticulous housekeeping standards. We immediately placed a new tissue box after you mentioned it to our team. Furthermore, we empathize with your discomfort regarding the sofa bed, and we are taking your comments into consideration as we continually seek to enhance our guest accommodations. We also understand your concern about the quantity of drinking water provided for a booking of four and will review our provisions to ensure they meet our guests' needs more effectively.
