The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, however there are a number of things that make this hotel not the best choice for longer stays. First, there is no refill of the water bottle in the hotel room: this makes no sense because where the room is booked 5 nights for 5 different guests, each would get a water bottle, but when one stays there for 5 nights, I get only 1 bottle for the complete stay. The gym is outdated and also lacks a water refill options: first time I have seen this in a hotel gym, regardless how bad a gym is. There are no options to grab food around the hotel, not even a supermarket. Lastly, which was an annoyance, was the entry door system which prevent people from getting inside the hotel until the primary doors were closed. This doesn't really work when you have a large group of people or happen to be walking in with different groups and you just want to get inside. This happened a couple of times, and even though the staff inside and at the reception saw people trying to get it, there was no attempt to open the door, which I know there is a button at the reception to allow this. The explanation I got was to prevent the cold from coming in, well, I am not sure this actually helps, when there are 2 sets of door anyways. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We take note of your comments about amenities and services, and we regret any inconvenience caused. Our team is always available to address concerns during stays to find immediate solutions. Since our water is drinking quality we provide a complimentary bottle on the first day to ensure our guest can stay hydrated upon arrival. Our location is situated in a business area, however there is a supermarket about 5 minutes away on the campus grounds. To maintain a comfortable climate in our lobby we have adopted the interlocking doors in the colder periods, however we have struggled how to switch this function off when a whole group of people flock simultaneous in the corridor. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and delay this system caused during busy periods . We are planning to refurbish our Gym and hope this will be realized soon. We also regret that you did not find our WiFi connectivity very suitable. We do hope that you might consider visiting us again in the future. Kind regards, Ryan Lala, Front Office Manager

We loved the room and service. Breakfast was good but could be improved by improving the cheese, fruit and vegetable options.
