From the outside, the hotel is not mum's finest, but that is true of more buildings in Birmingham. Fortunately, it is the inside that holds true and in that, this hotel is a beauty. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good food. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and well maintained. I would love to come here again.

We had a group booking of 30 people and the hotel accommodated us very well, even with last minute changes! Staff we on hand to help and very receptive to supporting what we needed. Would recommend staying here for any big gatherings/conferences.

What a superb location on Broad Street. Trams and buses stop almost opposite. Staff most welcoming and efficient. Bedroom had all one could want with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a buffet style with excellent choice of both hot and cold food. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for a city break.

Nice hotel and room. Big TV with Google casting. Pleasant staff. Great breakfast and bar. My only gripe is that the air blower in the room couldn't be switched off. The blower was constantly on. Not good for those who need silence to get to sleep.
