The Hotel is in the best part of Birmingham with several restaurants and pubs etc besides the Christmas market and other areas of interest in particular with much of Birmingham being redeveloped and hence not a very apealing sight

Very noisy and drunken guest

Room was very dated also sink was blocked and taken ages to drain down .the interconnected room door was lose of the hinges so couldn't use the door we had to use the main door by keep exiting the room to check on children .this was very stressing. Other guest wher very drunk and made rowdy noise and arguments throughout the night which was upsetting for the kids .we left feedback at the reception on both nights .breakfast standards have dropped compare to other novotel hotels and decor was quite dated .there has been no change in years as we have always used this location on weddings before .toilet wasn't flushing properly and the pillows gave us whiplash on arrival we was told by ionut the receptionist the interconnected room allocated only had one sofa bed in both rooms so when we disputed this we had to wait around until the staff had rectified the matter .all and all this was a bad experience that did not meet our expectations and value for money .442.00£

Satisfactory stay. Room dated, awful seperate toilet and found earwig in the bath. Breakfast good and reception staff very nice.

Excellent pre service from Yannie ensuring everything went smoothly, rooms very good and clean, all our group was on the same floor close but not to close, lifts were excellent, pleasant bar bar area,drink prices were very high usual for a city hotel, breakfast was good. All in all excellent 3 day day, finally All staff were helpful and pleasant
