Was attending a meeting here. The hotel was good and the location. The morning break was excellent with a variety of pastries and muffins. The lunch was outstanding compared to other hotels I have been to. Kevin and his team were very attentive and helpful. Good person to talk to and gave suggestions for a few Indian restaurants around, as I love Indian food. Overall had an excellent experience and will be back with my family.

Had a lovely nights stay at the Novotel Broad street, really great location for the Symphony Hall and Brindley place. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room was lovely, spotlessly clean and spacious, bed very comfortable, didn’t want to get out of it! Stayed on the second floor (221) and it was very quiet, didn’t really hear much outside noise which is rare in the city centre!Will definitely stay again, thank you to the staff for a lovely stay

Only thing that did really annoy me was the price of your non-alcoholic beer. £4.75 for 275ml bottle. I had two bottles. So that work out at just under £10 per pint. That’s pretty outrageous! Other than that very nice stay.
