I was in trouble, because my flight was cancelled and that info came at 2.30 AM. I found your hotel and very amicable gentleman in reception managed to find me one room. I felt I was given fair price and I was treated as any customer. So thank you again for finding this solution for me in difficult situation, I am going to stay at your hotel also next time I am in Brussels.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance of several places of interest to visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms well maintained, although quite similar in standard to other 4* hotels I have stayed in. Would recommend with breakfast.

room was quite nice and clean. hotel staff was kind and polite. some waiters in the breakfast restaurant were impolite.
