Worst experience ever Not recommend at all, although the location is nice but not at all 4 or 5 star experience.. our room was not cleared u til 6 pm. I expected a better service.but hotels in a nicer area sometimes compromise with n service and this is the perfect example.

Le Louise is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities and very modern facilities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of outlets and USB ports for your electronics. The staff are very accommodating and the breakfast buffet is both plentiful and varied for any taste.

Enjoyed the stay at Le Louise. Hotel was minutes from the metro and walking distance to the main shopping district, restaurants etc. Rooms were very comfortable and fashionably furnished but I wish there was a more practical desk for me to do work and take calls. There was also no business center with a proper desk and chair to work at. The internet was also very spotty and there were several calls on which I was cut off due to poor connectivity. Staff were very professional and polite, room service was prompt and friendly. I would stay here again if my trip was a leisure or family trip.

Good but not perfect

I think this property has a great potential to be great, however small mishaps did not make my experience perfect. It is tiny in consideration but nonetheless annoying. For example, there was no shampoo or body wash in the installed shower bottles. One wouldn't know that the bottles on the wall were completely empty until in the shower, wet, and majorly inconvenienced. There probably should a checklist to ensure amenities are checked and refilled. Other than that, property was clean, staff was friendly, and efficient. Although I think the breakfast was overpriced, there was a good selection of freshly made food with quick service. I would only consider getting it if traveling on business and expensing the costs.
