It was very good but as everything in brussels it was annoyingly expensive, but the beds were clean, the tub was a bit unclean but overall a good experience

It is great to hear when our efforts are acknowledged, especially since we introduced new bedding Sweet Beds by Ibis in 2019 for the comfort of our guests. However, we apologize for certain aspects of your stay falling short of your expectations. We understand that the condition of the tub was not up to our usual standards, and we will certainly address this matter. We also note your comment regarding the cost of your stay; while we strive to provide competitive pricing, we appreciate that this can be a concern. Our location in the heart of Brussels, within walking distance of the Grand Place and numerous dining options, generally offsets this perception with the convenience and quality we offer. Nonetheless, we recognize the importance of a seamless experience and are always looking for ways to enhance our services, including the speed of our complimentary high-speed internet. Finally, your enjoyment of our hotel's central location is wonderful to hear, as we pride ourselves on offering direct access to the city's main attractions. This hotel is in a great location right in the middle of Brussels and with plenty of places to eat and shops nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful and my room was good which everything I needed - shower gel, plugs, clean towels, and got an ironing board and iron from reception and clean. I chose breakfast out of the two mornings I stayed at the hotel which was nice but on my third morning I went to the bakery over across the square and sat outside to eat my breakfast, I wished I'd of done this every morning, not because the hotel breakfast wasn`t good but the bakery was cheaper, had more choice and you could sit outside - was a better experience. Also the hotels are close to the metro stations which take you straight to the airports and main train stations in Brussels. overall a great experience and I'd stay here again if I were to return to Brussels.
