stayed 3 nights.room and bathroom very clean and comfortable.could do with a chest of drawers.breakfast very good and fresh. constantly replenished hot food also available.staff all friendly and very helpful.not too far from station and market square.would recommend to stay. we stayed in room 253 overlooking the pool.

A lot of money has been spent on this hotel recently, but not much thought has been put into it. For example, a beautiful, quiet room with no shelves, drawers, wardrobe that closes. There is literally nowhere to put my things. There is no chair to sit on, only a sofabed. While you were renovating could you not have installed a small wash hand basin in the toilet, for hygiene's sake? To look at the room is perfect, but to stay in the room leaves a lot to be desired. We have stayed at the hotel for many years, and always looked forward to returning. When we arrived the receptionist was very welcoming, but I am sorry to say that when we checked out, the receptionist was very cold.
