Everything was great from the rooms to the service staff. Special shout out to house keeping on 12th floor during my stay from 2 Sep to 6 Sep. Special shout out to Tent (Guest Relationship Manager) for being so patient and friendly for his advice. The lobby lounge manager (sorry I forgot his name) was great too. The reception and doormen were excellent.

Fair facilities. The sink is quite old. The electric blug lacked USB charging. Not convenient. The breastfast is so far so good. The egg station is not very good.
