My review of this hotel is 5 stars for one very specific reason, this hotel was quiet and it was on a busy street! My family has stayed here several times but this was my first. I can see why they like staying here. The hotel has a feature I haven't seen anywhere else during my travels which is a set of 2 doors between each room and the hallway. This helps with noise reduction from people tremendously! In addition, thr quality of the room was on point for the star level. Would recommend and would stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at Novotel Château de Versailles. The whole team is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant (very good by the way), the barmen and the room cleaners. Rooms are functional and very clean, very silent and calm. Many spaces to relax in the hotel. The breakfast is amazing with a huge choice of everything and very fresh. Close to the center of Versailles and close to bus lines, this hotel was a enjoyable surprise. Thanks to all the team!

Front desk staff was excellent! The gals were friendly and cheerful. They patiently answered all our questions with a smile. English speaking skills are great. Very limited to no parking for check-in. Access to underground parking could have been explained in the confirmation e-mail.
