Everything went very well, except on the last night I found a spider under my sheets. But the staff present in the reception as courtesy gave me 5% discount. This incident is the only reason I did not give the 10

Nice hotel, reception staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks far too expensive. Breakfast good but also too expensive. Needs more disabled parking at front of hotel, 1 bay is not enough for a hotel of this size.

It was OK. Very expensive compared to other Novotels we have stayed at. The safe in the room did not work as it would not lock.

Really enjoyed our visit to the Novotel in Versailles. Conveniently located in town, with several nice boulangeries and cafes just a short walk away. About a 15 minute walk to the main Chateau entrance, or a 5 minute walk to a less-used back entrance to the gardens. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Check in and check out was very simple and easy. The room was very cozy, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would stay here again if we visit Versailles in the future.
