The hotel is ok and our experience was good. Also, well located in my opinion. But I believe it needs a renovation (at least the room we were located), otherwise I would not say it is a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was very pleasant, and the desk clerks were kind and helpful. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, but overpriced.

The hotel met typical Mercure standards. My stay left me with mixed feelings. On the one hand, it was a well known standard, as I'm used to in Accor hotels, with friendly service. My one major disappointment was that the elderly lady at the front desk, in response to my request for advice, ignored me, clearly showing disrespect. This was the first time experienced something like this, and I've stayed in many hotels of varying standards.

this is not fair to multiplie by 4 the pricing during event like Agritechnica.

Dear Paul, We understand that event pricing can be a concern, as it is influenced by demand and occupancy levels. It is common for different prices to apply to the leading international trade fairs in Hanover than to regular booking periods. This is the case in all hotels in Hanover, even in the surrounding area. The city is very well booked and prices are set according to the level of the event. It would have been nice to know why the price is not justified and why you did not enjoy your stay with us. Only with detailed feedback can we improve our service and standards in the long term and bring them to a high level. After all, we want every guest to feel comfortable and relaxed. That is our goal.
