Wow what amazing staff you have. A big shout out to Aman and Guilia my husband took ill while on a visit to London. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for looking after us so well. The rooms were lovely and clean not posh but a very comfortable hotel in a great location. Thanks again

Hotel is in an excellent location, rooms very good, bed very comfortable and excellent shower. Bedrooms could do with a waste bin in the main bedroom part as well as the bin in the bathroom. The outside of the hotel was untidy with rubbish accumulating along the ramp to the entrance area. Could do with a regular clear up.

Cosy hotel in picturesque neighbourhood

Very friendly staff and well nice room in a cosy hotel. Quiet room, all though facing street with some traffic. Good breakfast. Short walking distance to local sights, to train station and bus stops. Convenient location for LCY Airport. One BIG disadvantage: No access to WIFI in our room, because hotel uses uncommon Internet provider that neither of our laptops could connect to. We have stayed at many other hotels (also Accor hotels) in the London area, but never met this problem. The helpful WIFI service expert at the hotel tried several days to solve the problem, but in vain. Luckily we had no problem connecting to the WIFI of the restaurant on ground floor, but that meant sitting in the hotel lobby. Not an ideal solution.

It is also great to know that you found the room quiet despite the street traffic and that you liked our breakfast offerings. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the WIFI during your stay. We understand the importance of having reliable internet access, and we regret that we could not resolve the issue promptly. As already discussed, it was a bit complicated for us to sort this out on your laptop as everything was in Norwegian. The only thing to be done was to delete all the history and cookies. This is sometimes needed especially on old devices like yours. We value your loyalty as a guest, and your feedback is instrumental in helping us improve our services.
