Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are glad to hear that you found our hotel well located for your visit to Greenwich and the O2, and that you found our staff friendly and the room clean. I regret that you found the temperature of your room to be too warm and am very sorry if this prevented you from enjoying a good sleep. Our Ibis hotels have an ‘air cooling’ system in place which does differ from air conditioning and this system is partly dependant on the external temperature. According to expected weather conditions for the time of year, the heating was on rather than the cooling system. As in actuality it was unseasonably warm at the time of your stay, I can only apologise if this system was not sufficiently effective on this occasion. Also, please note that we are currently displaying info in all bedrooms to inform guests about how our system work and that they can request fans/heaters if needed. We appreciate your suggestion regarding parking reservations: unfortunately this would not be an option as there is no way for us to block spaces in advance: our car park works on first comes firs served basis. Alternatives are available in the area should our car park be full. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a more comfortable stay. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're pleased to hear that our hotel met your expectations for cleanliness and provided a funky atmosphere that appeals to backpackers and travelers. However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the tightness of the rooms and bathroom area. We understand that this may not be suitable for longer stays. We're glad to know that our proximity to GMT, a big old ship, and the train station added to the convenience of your visit.
