From the 5 rooms booked online for the week-end June 28th-30th, I explicitly requested one room with 2 separate beds. This request was confirmed by mail and by your staff during a phone call. Arriving on June 28th, the staff informed me, that the one room with 2 beds was not available. They could not tell me why. This was very unpleasant for the two persons concerned, as they could not rest during the night as expected. On departure a 10% discount was granted afterwards on the price of the respective room.
