Séjour impeccable du début jusqu’à la fin, le service client offert par cet hôtel est vraiment aux petits soins. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages au service conciergerie lors d’une courte escale dans une autre ville, et nous avons pu commander un taxi via la réception la veille du départ (pour le lendemain à 4h30). Enfin, nous avons logé dans la chambre Ondol, ce qui donne une jolie expérience de la vie à la coréenne.
