- got a room at 3rd floor (after 16:00). arriving at the room, room service was not yet made. got another room then. - restaurant area made a strange impression. There were protrusions due to missing floorboards and improvised carpet (tripping hazards) - breakfast was not appropriate to price - minimal choice. furthermore for the eggs we had to ask (individually!) for a small spoon. IT did not come to their mind that after the first person asked to pus the spoons there and correct the issue

Well equipped, very functional and comfortable rooms. We loved the fact we could book 2 connecting rooms accommodating 2 parents + 2 kids, which was extremely convenient (we made the booking by phone to ask for connecting room and the staff was really helpful). Would give it a 10 out of 10 if there was a bit more choice at breakfast but apart from that everything was perfect! Fantastic for that price. Also super easy access by car, convenient parking lot, and the area wasn't noisy even if located downtown. Will definitely come back.

The hotel looks terrible from the outside, no effort whatsoever has been made to make the hotel look attractive, I really thought I was checking into a 1-star hotel. Inside the hotel is much better, the rooms were excellent and it was a quiet. comfortable sleep. The restaurant/bar area is pleasant and the staff were helpful. My only complaint is the parking fee, I understand when a fee is charged for parking in an underground garage with maintenance costs, but not for parking in an open car park in an area well outside the city.

I was disappointed that the reception staff couldn't speak any languages apart from French. The only lady who was friendly and could speak English had the morning shift. Also the price was confusing, when I checked in I mentioned that I would probably need 2 nights and was given a price, but only paid for one night. The next morning when I knew I would be staying a further night and wanted to settle the bill, I was informed that I would have to change rooms and the price had changed due to being fully booked. I am a member of Accor and wasn't given a discount. The room was clean.
