Booked a deluxe exclusive room but was placed in a superior room. Now it came to my wife attention because there was no bathroom robes or Nespresso coffee machine..ok room swap sorted.but the cheaper room seemed bigger had a bath not just a shower and the extra cost for a robe and a coffee machine we didn’t even use hmm. Stayed here a while back and wasn’t that impressed but the boss/wife said ‘let’s try somewhere else next time’

I'm sorry to say this but had the worst sleep ever! Not even a proper double mattress just two singles zipped together! Pool was over crowded and children allowed to jump in pool when people trying to swim! Room was dirty and pillows were next to useless! For the money you do not get value

Overall was good, beds were comfy, room was clean, however felt that the bathroom and carpet are a bit outdated, some towels had holes. We went to the pool and sauna, which was a bonus, but there is only few benches and sun loungers, so no time to relax, feels like more for quick dip. My family really loved breakfast, they said sausages and bacon were the best out of all hotels we been staying, however sourdough bread could be topped through the whole breakfast time, I believe we came around 9:30am and I seen only the corner bits of it. I loved cold meats (pastrami) and cheeses, but to make it luxurious experience could be added some more selections, like brie with figs, prosciutto. Breakfast restaurant staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Reception team were nice too, explained everything really well. Bar staff were good, no waiting times.
