The bed in room 124 is extremely uneven, hard and uncomfortable

My husband and I travel a lot and that was probably the worst hotel bed we have ever slept in. Time to get a new mattress, urgently! Your breakfast entertainment with the baloon twister and Minion was very appreciated by the kids.

Nice clean room, good breakfast, excellent location (near metro station). NO AIRCO! Room was very hot, we told this at the reception, they told us, the airco was not working, and we should open the window. However, there was a show in the arena next to us, and it was very loud (even with the window closed), so that was not an option.

Fairly good stay with rude frond desk staff

Good location, clean room, good breakfast, I had the good stay until I checked out with the rude front desk staff. Upon check out, I was told that I had to get the refund of the city tax which I paid upon arrivial, that’s all. Of course I was a bit confused what was happening and I asked why, the Front Desk man only said I paid too much in an impatient tone, kept asking for my credit card. i was still confused and I asked again the reason, i just paid upon check in which you asked for. In the same time, anouther Front Desk women stand aside shouted to me “MISTAKE!”. OK you made the mistake and you did not explain to me or apologise, but even shouted at me. The previous good experience in your hotel were all disappeared.
