Honestly a really unpleasant experience. The batteries in the lock on my door were dying so my key kept not working. I had to make multiple trips down where they kept telling me it was my error ( I’m not an idiot, I can open a door) finally after the FOURTH trip down and third on this same day an employee came up and said oh, yes the batteries are dead. Then the power has gone out and they don’t seem to care. Because they don’t answer the front desk phone I had to go down to reception and upon returning to my room the lock broke/ will not open again and had to have someone come up to sort that too. While the above won’t always be an issue, I probably still wouldn’t stay again. It’s not a very central location, the WiFi is spotty at best, the TV doesn’t work and everything is quite dated. The two good things are Marco who checked me in and that the bed is comfortable.

No glasses or cups provided in the room. Feels colder than normal in the room. The quality of bread, pastries and cakes offered at breakfast is below expectation. No 'Do not disturb' sign for the door.

We enjoyed the stay, it is close to centre and central station. Unfortunately breakfast was very poor, one kind of vegetables, ham and cheese.

The bed was comfy and the room size was reasonable taking into consideration 3 star hotel, however while booking from all Accor application the room details didn’t specify that it doesn’t come with fridge and a kettle which was very difficult for me to adjust and manage staying for 3 nights but had no option in addition to that the room size was missing as well, I believe there must be enhancements in the web site to provide more details information so people can decide.

the room was quite noisy due to the guest of the adjacent room, so the noise isolation should be improved. I was disappointed by no kettle in the room ( no matter if there wasn't a little fridge too), but a kettle is a minimum for a 3 stars hotel

Long wait for check-in + room wasn’t good

We wait for 45 minutes in line for the check-in. This is completely inappropriate for an hotel. Also, our room has water flowed from the ceiling. We ask to changed the room and they gave us a room that smell cigarette so bad that we prefer the water from the ceiling.

The hotel is well located near the centre and the rooms are clean and typical IBIS. I had an “upgrade” which meant the same style and size room but with the nice addition of a Nespresso maker with 2 capsules and a bottle of water. There was also a welcome pack of slippers and some toiletries. Check in was well organised to ensure social distancing and was pretty fast. When we arrived there were at least 10 in front but the 2 receptionists processed everyone fast and professionally. Breakfast was well organised to ensure maximum social distancing with very little fuss. Overall a very nice IBIS in a good location.

I have stayed at this hotel before and appreciate the excellent location and the decent rooms for the price, the a/c, the sockets on each side of the bed, the multi socket cube on the desk, the large TV screen (if you can get a remote control that actually works) and the large walk-in shower. There are no toiletries which is to be expected in an Ibis and I had brought my own. What I really missed was having a mini fridge. They have vending machines where you can buy cold drinks but it would be better to have a fridge in the room and that's really the only thing missing especially as it's on the expensive side for an Ibis. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the absolute chaos at reception in the morning with people checking in, people checking out, people wanting to leave their luggage in the luggage room and people wanting to retrieve their luggage from the same luggage room, everyone screaming at each other and the staff completely overrun. Amidst all this chaos one person stood out, Simona, who told me she had worked in the market before and managed to keep her calm and bring some order into this chaos but it's disgraceful that management doesn't put an extra member of staff on duty in the morning at the weekend. The other person who was great was Bernie from the Philippines who changed my remote control as it wasn't working, brought me an extra pillow then when I changed rooms came to fold up the extra sofa bed so I would have more space. And one more thing, as a Platinum Accor member I got a drink voucher and had a glass of white wine which was almost undrinkable which is also a disgrace when you have so many cheap Italian wines, they don't need to take the worst one for their loyal members.

It's very well located, right in between Milano Centrale railstation and city centre or Duomo square. Nice building but just too big to go all functioning. Large queue for breakfast and too much guests to be well attended.

My experience was good because the room was good quality versus price. The location is just perfect with bars and restaurants close. Checking in was horrible. there was a huge queue and it took me 35 minutes to check in in a lobby that was really too warm. Very unpleasant experience when you arrive at the hotel.

It’s a good well maintained centrally located hotel staying here from last 3 years during exhibition time but this time the room provided was on 2nd floor which was too noisy due to The tram passes like beside the room abs they start their operations at 5.30 am.Reception always short of staff and every time I have notice the ques there during check inn time.

If you stay in Ibis Milano make sure you put in a locker everything of value because the cleaning staff took my wedding ring and the receptino staff did nothing to solve it.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room is small but comfortable, and we think the location of the hotel in Milan is great. I booked an executive room for four nights, which according to the description and booking confirmation includes a Nespresso machine, complimentary toiletries (including slippers) and a bottle of water. Upon arrival there were no toiletries, no water, no slippers, no coffee capsules and not even two plastic cups for our toothbrushes. When I asked at the front desk for slippers, I was told they cost €3 a pair. After I protested, the receptionist gave me the slippers and a bottle a bottle of water, and 6 capsules - she said that was the maximum allowed for our stay. What annoyed us the most, however, was that we asked the front desk if they would call a taxi when we were ready to go to the airport - exactly as my husband has done on his three previous stays in this hotel. The receptionist offered to order a taxi to be at the hotel when we were ready to leave. We agreed. Instead of a taxi, however, she ordered - without asking us or telling us that it would be more expensive - an airport limousine service. This cost € 35 instead of the usual €17-18 for the trip in a taxi. We often stay in Accor hotels are usually quite satisfied but this time was a disappointment.
