Wer Französich spricht, auf Zimmer in Zellengrösse sucht und vornehmlich Meerefrüchte isst, ist hier richtig. Wer meint in einem Viersternehotel (Anmaßung) Comfort erwartet, erwartet, dass wenigstens an der Rezeption oder Restaurant Englisch verstanden wird und dann noch den Anspruch hat, im Zimmer zwei Koffer platzieren zu können und dann noch dieselben gar öffnen will und dann noch sich wo hinsetzen will, ausser auf dem Bett, der ist hier völlig falsch am Platz. Bei unserer Rundreise Normandie Bretagne haben wir lediglich in preiswerten Ibis Hotels gleich wenig Platz gehabt aber immer ein Personal erlebt, das uns auf Englisch gut verstand. Nur meine Restfranzösischkenntnis von vor Jahrzehnten in der Schule hilft.

Ho frequentato questo albergo quando l'insegna era Ibis. Sono tornato ora che è Mercure e spa. Tante opere sono state fatte, l'arredamento è piacevole, la piscina ottima, con vari getti di acqua riscaldata. più sauna e annam. Parcheggio interno, che non ho utilizzato, se non per lo scarico dei bagagli, con spazi buoni per piccole auto, ma non per quelle medie, ristorante con buona cucina e buon servizio, personale, tutto, molto cortese e sorridente. Dopo le note positive, ecco le negative: con la ristrutturazione, non hanno pensato che un albergo di categoria superiore (Hotel Resort****) dovesse avere camere adeguate al marchio e alla categoria: sono troppo piccole! La nostra "privilege" era (nominalmente) di 16m2, ma non c'era né un tavolo, né almeno una poltrona, come da protocollo alberghiero. È vero che c'è un terrazzino esterno con tavolino e poltroncine, ma non è parte integrale della camera e non è usufruibile se non nella stagione estiva. Non c'era un appoggia valigie, non c'era spazio attorno ai letti, e questo in una camera privilege! Ho notato alcune contraddizioni nelle informazioni: da una parte parcheggio gratuito, da un'altra parcheggio a pagamento; nelle dotazioni della camera è elencata la macchina da caffè Nespresso, ma c'è solo il bollitore e di Nespresso solo le tazzine da caffè e da the, ribadisco camera privilege!

Séjour de trois nuits passées dans cet établissement. L’hôtel est flamand neuf. Apparement ancien hôtel Ibis. La literie est très confortable, seul bémol la chambre est vraiment très petite … Tout le personnel est adorable et souriant. Le spa est très agréable, en plus presque personne hors saison. Nous avons testé le bar ….et ses cocktails ainsi que le restaurant le Koban qui est vraiment très très bien : très bons produits et très biens cuisinés et assaisonnés. Une très bonne adresse a deux pas du centre et de la côte.

From the moment you enter the lobby of this newly remodelled hotel you feel totally relaxed largely due to the warmth of the welcome received from each and every member of staff who seem so proud to work here. Spa- just completed (Feb25) and includes a sauna, hamman and a large pool. Restaurant ( Korban) - My wife and I had planned to eat out most evening but due to the quality of the food and service we ate here 3/4 nights. Area- Quiberon is a great place to explore with so many perfect beaches and a rugged coast with many walking paths to enjoy.

Belle découverte du changement après tant d années d Ibis ... Personnel accueillant 👍(manquaient les infos horaires piscine et pdj ☹) Déco très sympa ...mais ça ne fait pas tout , surtout pas un 4* car : ▪︎chambre restée toute petite (de l' ibis !) dans laquelle on circule difficilement...du coup TV trop grande sans intérêt , dans laquelle on se cogne !☹ , et la mini terrasse ajoutée ne fait pas tellement rêvée (palissade bois sale couverte de terre et poussière , fauteuils aux tissus plein de taches !🤔) , pas de placard avec cintres (étagères) , SDB toute petite (belle douche ) et donc pas de sèche serviette chauffant ? (comme dans bcp de 3* ) , literie confortable , pas de chaussons jetables avec les peignoirs ( 4* ? ) , du coup en basket ou pieds nus jusqu à la piscine !😡 ... ▪︎Espace Piscine Balneo EXTRA 👍👏( malgré les personnes , tjrs les mêmes 😡!...qui ne se douchent pas et viennent en caleçon !) , c est récurrent hélas... Petit souci quand même avec le sauna dont la porte ne s ouvrait plus , et personne ne répondait au bouton d appel sécurité ?🤔 , heureusement qu il y avait un peu de monde...(responsable piscine ?) ▪︎PDJ décevant ne méritant pas son prix 4* de 22e ( 15e dans un 3* voisin et bien meilleur !) ...chocolat chaud à l eau ? insipide , très mauvais , qques sachets Monbana svp , ou poudre à proposer déjà , car le responsable m a répondu qu il n y en avait pas , et que j avais fait un mauvais choix sur la machine ?🤔 ( les 2 choix essayés nuls... , et pas de lait je confirme (le responsable préposé aux N° de chambres ! m affirmant du contraire...pendant qu une dame charmante gérait les buffets et le débarassage salle ! ) , peut être un réglage de la machine ?... Les œufs brouillés (secs et peu appétissants ) , lard et saucisses étaient froids😡 Des confitures Bonne Maman😡 ?? alors que notre "Cours D' orgères" locale est à 500m ?...avec ses confitures extras... Pas de jus de fruits frais , orange pressée , ni jus de pomme local... Juste de la brique (4* ? ) ....( 22e OK avec de bons produits au buffet) ...sur Carnac on a aussi du saumon fumé et 5ou6 gâteaux faits maison (pas un petit cake salé tout sec !) ... ▪︎ Pas de local à vélos ? (4* ? ) C est la 1ere fois que nous laissons nos vélos électriques dehors !... Pour conclure , dans un 4* (ou autres d ailleurs !) , le personnel (y compris les responsables) ne fume pas devant l entrée de l hôtel !🤔pendant que les gens se servent au buffet jus de fruits (bar) ....l odeur et le respect d autrui .... L Exceptionnel Espace Balneo ne fait pas tout pour ajouter 1* à l ibis et le faire passer en catégorie supérieure , il faut que le reste suive... A refaire ...pour une nuit...pour la balneo...
