A wonderful stay. Quick and friendly responses to all my emails. They made sure to remind us to register our registration plate for the free parking (there’s danger of a fine if you forget). I’d emailed beforehand and told them we were staying for my partners birthday and as soon as we checked in they’d left us a little surprise. Very appreciated! Breakfast had a good selection (Brie cheese and fresh baguette hit the spot for me!). It was a really nice bright area with plenty of seating. We enjoyed some drinks from the bar in the evening which again had plenty of comfy seats and was a welcoming environment. There was a wedding in one of the other areas of the hotel too and I didn’t realise they catered for this too. They didn’t affect the hotel guests but now and then you’d see happy faces from them passing through all dressed up.

We came down for a spur of the moment break away to visit friends and were recommended the Novotel. We had never stayed in one before, and weren’t quite sure what to expect. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern entrance and friendly staff.

Phone/wifi reception is really bad

Phone reception is really bad and the WiFi is even worse. If you need to do any work on the computer this isn’t the place for you. The rooms are ok except for the toilet and the bathroom are separated. not ideal.

I have no reports of OUR wifi being a problem at all? The mobile phone signal in Worsely isn't great, but that shouldn't affect you when connected to OUR wifi.
