I suffer from sleep apnea, and as there are no sockets, I thought this might be a problem however the friendly staff provided me with an extension lead and was so supportive thanks

I often use the day room service just to get away from the hassle of the office, i can conduct teams & zoom calls in private. I find i am more productive on my own in the hotel than WFH. I also have the added bonus of nodding off on the bed if needed.

I stayed at Novotel Manchester West alone on business and most people know what its like to be away from home and to be alone. So this is where i feel my review is needed. Being bored and having nothing to do and eating alone etc, my waiter whos name is Atta was super lovely, told me some good to know info about the local area, asked how far i had to commute in the morning to advise on a suitable time to trave and so on. His 10 minute chat really changed my mood for the night. His table service was on point and very attentive. And his manners are impeccable. Really lovely guy! The food was out of this world, i had steak and ale pie with chips (dont really like mash) and I could not fault it. The bar staff and other waiters/waitress’ were also very friendly. If i am in need of a hotel around this area again, i will not hesistate to be booking here.
