I was put into a lower graded room than I thought I was getting. I booked via the hotel and asked for a room with a balcony. When I arrived in my room there was no balcony. I contacted reception and was told that they couldn’t see my request for a balcony. When I explained why I wanted a balcony they then looked into my reservation and I was given a room with a balcony. The TV was of no use to me as they only had a news channel that was in English all the other channels were in French luckily I had my IPad with sky go. The breakfast which I had to pay extra for was not very good. The sausages were either a pale shade of pink or dark brown. The fresh fruit section was not great. There was only every three or four types of fruit. The staff were excellent, very polite and friendly, especially the cleaning staff.

The room was dirty. They needed to improve the cleaning and also enhance the efficiency of the air conditioning during this season of high temperatures.

Old and small rooms The crib had basically no mattress, I believe was less than 1cm thick. The parking was just absurd, no spaces, super tight and a maze to enter. Just avoid it and park in the public one overnight.
