The Hotel staff is very helpful and always smiling & the hotel was very clean and great for a Ibis. The breakfast was really good, pastries, eggs and the range of cheese were really good. The location is also very good as you a tram station just in front ans go anywhere in less than 15min. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit wien for a few days.

Well located hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, specially the ones working at the restaurant and bar, which made our stay very pleasant. What it was not good was the air conditioner in our room. We were in one of the hottest days at the en of July and it was not working properly, even after letting know about the problem on the front desk. It just keep from cooling to not cooling and we needed to turn it on and of all the time. Apart of that, great location, nice rooms, nice breakfast and lovely people.
