The experience was bad. First of all, the parking is unsecure and with a very complicated acces to the reception. Then, the employees are so unaware of the surroundings. Then, the hotel is old, but i mean relly old. Elevators shaking when stopping to the levels, thelocking system is tricky and takes time to open the door, the furniture is old, old, old. The shower walls were broken into pieces and the WORST of all, with the window closed, you still hear absolutelly everything from outsite. I complained about that, they offered to change the room, but it was too late. Even when chrcking in i requested a quiet room, and this is what i got.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, during that time, no one was in my room to clean it, take out the trash, change the towels and bring new toilet paper. I paid more than 500€ and the service was just terrible. It was not my first visit to this hotel, but definitely the last.

The bar refused to refill water for me and wanted to charge me for tap water. As an Accor Gold member, just a few nights away from Platinum status, I was surprised by the disrespectful behaviour from the bar. Having stayed at many Accor hotels, this is the first time a hotel bar has refused to refill water for me. I understand that the bar is now operated by a different operator that is not part of the Accor group. However, since they are in an Accor hotel building, they should still treat Accor loyalty program members with respect and act on requests such as refilling water, which honestly is not difficult and costly for the bar.

You, as a Accor member, are always cordially welcome in our hotel(-s). It means a lot for us. Let me please shorly explain why happened this. As our Günter restaurant operates separately from the hotel, we decided to charge water refill – this was an internal regulation. Since we understand this and we see this can lead to the point where our guests are not satisfied, we have decided to stop this. Guest satisfaction, of course, is extremely important for us. Though this happened, we hope you will visit us again. We woud like to show you that we can do it all right. There are no amenities what so ever, the house keeping was not refilling the water bottles unless you go downstairs and ask for that, etc

We booked the hotel because we had tickets for the Raimund Theater. The hotel lies just across the street. Very convenient! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choices. We would be happy to return!
