The rooms are shabby and need a face-lift. Pillows too soft and our "mattress/futon" kept moving about as not secured to bed. Carpet is dirty and unpleasant to walk on, maybe provide slippers? On the plus side, great location, easy to reach from airport and close to walking street. Breakfast fantastic especially the espresso coffee machine where guest could make their own coffee! Waffle machine was a great touch too. Lots of variety. Staff were friendly all around from reception to breakfast to Housekeeping.

Parking ticket was not working twice so we had to call someone from reception even though we payed in advance. We had problems getting in and out of garage. Part of your staff speaks only german or refuse to speak english which is unacceptable for hotel in a turistic city. Desk in our room (803) was full of dust, that obviously wasn't cleaned for months.

Highly recommended this hotel. We were there for 3 nights pre Euros. Staff are very friendly. Food us really good. Tram stop outside. Airport bus a few hundred meters down the road. Main shopping street also a few hundred meters down the road taking you into the main city. Loved the hotel. Special mention to the barmaid/ waitress. Wish I had got her name. So pleasant/ attentive and poured fantastic Brandies. Highly recommend.
