Great Hotel, great location very close to metro. Short walk to George Pompidou centre and Louvre. Excellent staff and lovely room. Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in room 512 and really liked it, lovely and clean. We had breakfast at hotel which was self service buffet style we paid 25 euro each adult and children were free. My daughter was 14 and she was free for breakfast (not sure what age goes up to count as child) All staff we dealt with at hotel were great.

Pros: -Hotel employees were helpful -The restaurant and lobby are clean -Next to a mall and shopping so if you need anything, it’s all within walking distance. Cons: -Glass between shower and room are not appropriate for families. You can practically see through the glass while the others are showering. Very strange. -Carpet is dingy and the room had a strange odor. -Windows open and while we thought it would be nice for a few hours, the rest of our time there was plagued by mosquitos. I will say that we didn’t call to get help with this issue because we thought we had killed them all but we kept waking up with additional mosquitos bites. It look like we visited a jungle, not Paris. There should at least be a warning not to open the windows as there may be mosquitos. -No washcloths -Toilet area smelled of urine -Loud all night as it is right next to and above a metro station -We felt unsafe at night in the area and actually heard someone screaming around 5AM one morning. Police were tending to another homeless, drunk group of four old mean the morning we left. -No pick up driveway for Ubers/Cars -Mold in shower and at entrance to bathroom above door. I would absolutely not stay here again. It feels more like an American budget hotel. The cleaning staff did a great job but they can only do so much.

Arizonapopi1 Couples - TripAdvisor review

Stayed one night, didn’t eat in the dining room. The hotel is an 8 minute taxi ride from Notre Dame, a 40 minute taxi ride from Orly. There is a metro stop immediately in front of the hotel but we didn’t use the metro this trip. We were happy to be able to have our dog in the room with us. The room was basic and suited our needs. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Roomy, comfortable lobby. Great location for Notre Dame area. Only two small problems. We could not get the temperature lowered in the room even when turning the system off. The floor of the shower is slick when wet. We put a towel down to be safe. Additionally the front staff recommended we eat lunch at Au Pied de Cochon. We had a not-so-great lunch but the service and ambiance were top-notch.

First time to Paris as a family. Chose this hotel for its location and based on other reviews - did not disappoint! Very easy to take the metro anywhere a visitor would want to go. Convenient to walk to the Louvre, the Marais, across the river etc. Our kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet and we enjoyed its convenience especially on check out day! Rooms were simple and "large" for Paris. Appreciated the comfy duvets and great rain shower water pressure. We were upgraded upon check in to Executive Rooms - thank you! Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were straightforward and pleasant.
