The hotel is in a good, central location, though due to renovations the outside doesn't look too inviting. The room itself was ok, though we encountered several issues - - The bed kept springing up a few times. We called someone in the hotel to fix it but it happened again even after they left - The shower window is semi-transparent, which might be nice and sexy for a couple on a romantic vacation, but less comfortable for a family where each person wants to reserve their privacy - I found that there weren't enough electrical sockets available in the room and the few USB plugs provided in the room did not work for me when attempting to charge my phone. Breakfast was fine, but not enough of a selection IMO and the juices felt over-watered. Overall, the location is great, but for the price I expected more of the stay itself. Edit: The hotel later contacted me following the review and showed good intentions in taking note of my comments and trying to make things right, which I appreciate and hence re-posting my review to include this as well.

An above-average hotel, excellent front desk staff. Just upstairs from many train lines, with dozens of dining choices with a 5 minute walk.

I have a very nice time with Novotel Paris, all the staff are so friendly, i was stay also for a meeting and the meeting staf they are very helpful, and it makes my stress away to prepare my meeting. During my stay hotel still under renovation this is less comfortable but it covers everything with the smile from the staff.
