Air condition didn't work, I moved to another room and the remote control didn't work. I had problem with my card to pay my breakfast and the staff blocked my door because they were not aware about the late checking that I paid for 30 euros. Also, the housekeep asked to me check with the reception if I could stay long.

This hotel seems a bit blow standard for Novotel, breakfast had rotten items, room was not cleaned 1 day out of 3, receptionist did not even give water when I was very thirsty and shops around were closed. I think smth so basic as a glass of water should not be an issue. Breakfast was quite average, not great selection, you get quite bored of the same stuff after a couple of days. It was still an acceptable stay but not worth 4*.

The hotel is nice but a little tired. It's right on the airport's landing route so the noise could be a problem to some. The breakfast is very varied and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great for families, there are a lot of options if games, pools etc

Bhevrc Business - TripAdvisor review

Disappointing for a dedicated Accor Gold Member - I was here for the third time over the last ten years - the experience was poor. The front desk staff did not provide any help or support as my staff had booked this via Expedia - they also asked me to come in the am to get a cab … and when i was there asked me whether I had the Uber app. … the Ac was not really working and I spent the night in a puddle of my own sweat … more of a 2 star experience.
