Poor facilities and cleaning issues. The hotel needs urgent update.

The staff is friendly, and the location is great, situated on a street filled with interesting shops and restaurants. However, the hotel's facilities urgently need an update. Additionally, cleanliness is a concern, as I do not appreciate sharing my room with tiny creatures. Without a revamp, this was my first and last visit to this hotel.

Joinville is a very special city for us. We even want to live there one day. On all our trips to Santa Catarina, we enter through Joinville and stay at the Mercure Prinz. The service is friendly, the place is pleasant and very well located.
